Exhibitor Service Manual

All booth graphics are due by July 2, 2018, and can be submitted to Alison.Holka@Freeman.com. The booth graphics dimensions and specifications will be available soon.
The Freeman advanced warehouse will begin receiving shipments on June 29, and will stop receiving shipments on July 23. Download the advanced warehouse shipping label. Note: DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER. The convention center does NOT accept any packages or shipments of any kind.
Tuesday, July 31 – 12pm to 5pm
Wednesday, August 1 – 7am to 9am
Exhibitor load-in will be on Tuesday, July 31 from 12pm – 5pm and Wednesday, August 1 from 7am – 9am. Please refer to the rules and regulations regarding “Hand Carry” and “Cart Load” services, they will be strictly enforced. Management will not have equipment available (including rolling racks) to assist with unloading. If assistance is needed, labor can be arranged for a fee at least one month in advance of the show.
Cartload service is a less expensive alternative to the standard drayage program for smaller exhibits. To utilize the cartload service, exhibitors must transport freight in a P.O.V. (a privately-owned vehicle i.e. car, van or SUV) and have 8 pieces or less weighing less than 250 lbs. total. There is one cartload allowed per vehicle. Enhanced Exhibitor Listing (Fee applies)
Active Collective offers an Enhanced Listing package (fee applies) to highlight your Exhibiting Company name in the Exhibitor Listings for added visibility and impact. In addition to the list above with the Exhibitor Listing package you’ll receive the following:
- Online Exhibitor Listings (on www.activewearcollective.com) – Your Exhibiting Company Name will be highlighted, your logo and brief company description will be included with your listing, and in addition, you will be included in a separate “Featured Exhibitor” listing.
